Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell back and posture equipment — inversion tables, back traction and spinal stretch devices, hyperextension benches, Roman and reverse-hyper machines, a back-and-core multi-station, a kneeling posture chair, a pulley station and posture braces, bands and massage balls. These are general-wellness and exercise products, not medical devices. The type and maximum user weight are stated on each listing for domestic use.

Safe use

These are exercise and mobility products, not medical devices — we make no medical or therapeutic claims and they do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Each piece has a maximum user weight (and, for inversion, a height range) — do not exceed it. Assemble fully, check every lock and strap before use, set inversion angles gradually and have someone nearby the first times. CE marked. If you have a back, heart, blood-pressure or eye condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury or surgery, speak to your doctor or physiotherapist before use.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
